We have a number of volunteer helpers who can provide 1:1 support and advice to help you through the process of unlocking your property/money that is currently tied up due to WW J McClure Solicitors entering administration in 2021.
The situation you might be in is liable to exploitation, by profiteering solicitors and Estate Planners. We can advise you of trustworthy advisors based on members experience.
None of the help we provide is chargeable as we are all volunteers, helping others, as we have been through the horrendous situation ourselves.
As a group we are prioritising our efforts as follows:
1. To provide advice on how to deal with situations – whether Family Protection Trust, Wills issues or Lasting Power of Attorney as a result of WW J McClure going into administration, at minimal cost and how to raise complaints with relevant regulatory authorities.
2. Escalating the fact that tens of thousands of clients of McClure have not been advised that the company went into administration in 2021 and the potential impact on themselves.
3. To ensure that this can never happen again.
4. To get justice for all affected, by highlighting our predicament to MPs, Scottish and English complaints commission, seeking assistance of the media to highlight.
As a Facebook page and community, we do not tolerate those who join our group in order to:
