We have a number of volunteer helpers who can provide 1:1 support and advice to help you through the process of unlocking your property/money that is currently tied up due to WW & J McClure Solicitors entering administration in 2021.

None of the help we provide at Victims of McClure Solicitors is chargeable as we are all volunteers, helping others, as we have been through the horrendous situation ourselves.

Mission Statement

  • To provide support on how to deal with a family trust following McClures going in to administration
  • To ensure that this can never happen again.
  • To get justice for all affected, by highlighting our predicament to MP’s/MSP’s, regulatory and complaint authorities and advisory groups
